Dr. Aparna’s Bariatric and Laparoscopic Surgery Center was established with the intent to extend laparoscopic surgery services to patients.

In the last 100 years, there have been some major technological advances in surgery. Today surgery is not as daunting an experience as it used to be a few decades ago. Laparoscopic surgery is one of the kindest innovations in surgery. Major surgical procedures can now be performed through tiny cuts leading to much lesser pain and a faster recovery. Most patients can go home within 24 to 48 hours after major surgical procedures and get back to their routine life within 7 to 10 days.

Dr. Aparna Govil Bhasker is a highly skilled and passionate laparoscopic surgeon who continuously works towards the betterment of patients. She is adept at performing advanced laparoscopic gastro-intestinal operations as well as bariatric surgery with great finesse. She is gentle in her movements and has great respect for the tissues. She believes in giving the very best for every patient under her care. She has an experience of almost 17 years and is very renowned in this field of surgery.
