Ms. Bushra Khan

Clinical Nutritionist & Dietitian

Bushra Khan is a Clinical Nutritionist and Dietitian with a strong academic background in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and a special interest in bariatric nutrition, weight management and therapeutic nutrition. She holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Dr. BMN College of Home Science, Mumbai, and a B.Sc. in Food Science and Nutrition. She has also undertaken additional training in bariatric nutrition, renal nutrition, vitamins and minerals.

During her clinical training at Godrej Memorial Hospital, Bushra gained experience in nutritional assessment, OPD patient counselling, personalised diet planning and dietary modification. She also gained exposure to the nutritional management of critically ill patients in the ICU.

Bushra believes in an evidence-based, practical and sustainable approach to nutrition. Rather than focusing on restrictive diets or short-term solutions, she aims to help patients develop healthier eating habits and a balanced relationship with food.

At MetaHeal, she works as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing personalised nutritional guidance and long-term support to patients undergoing medical weight management and bariatric surgery, with an emphasis on sustainable lifestyle change and nutritional well-being.
